STRUCTURED LIVING REFUND POLICY
Refunds are NOT provided for NO SHOWS, eviction for "0" tolerance policy or whether the resident leaves on his/her account . However, any credit for unused portion in the resident's account can be used against future move-in charges within next six months at management's discretion...this is a CREDIT and not a REFUND.
